That's why I take nonprofit work — not as a discount line, but because I know exactly where a lean team needs the extra hand, and how far one great set of photos can carry it.
So I make this the easy part. Your top images land the next day, the full gallery two weeks later, and if something comes up after that — a crop for social, a shot for the annual report — just email me.

All coverage includes full usage rights and travel within the Twin Cities metro. And I’m still around after the gallery lands — a crop, a re-edit, help finding a specific shot. Just email.

How fast do I get photos?
Top 20 edited images within 24 hours of your event ending, every time. Full gallery within 2 weeks.
How do I receive the photos?
Private online gallery, downloadable in full resolution. Shareable link for your team.
Can I use these for marketing and social?
Yes. You get an unlimited license to use every image for your marketing, social, print, website, fundraising appeals, and press, forever, with no extra fees. I retain copyright and the right to show select images in my own portfolio.
Can I add a second photographer?
Yes, on availability. I confirm within two business days of your inquiry, always before a contract or deposit. If I can’t staff your date, you’ll know immediately and we’ll build the coverage plan around one photographer instead. You will never pay for coverage that doesn’t show up.
What’s your travel radius?
Twin Cities metro included at no charge. Anything beyond 30 miles of Minneapolis/St Paul, MN gets a flat travel line on the quote.
What happens if it rains?
If your event has an indoor backup, I’ll be there regardless of weather. If the event is fully cancelled due to weather, standard cancellation policy applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due within 7 days post-event. 14+ days before the event: deposit refunded minus a $100 processing fee. 48 hrs to 14 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded. Under 48 hrs: deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is never owed on a cancelled event.
Are you insured?
Yes, I carry general liability insurance and can provide proof of coverage on request.
How does billing work?
I invoice electronically and accept standard payment methods. A W-9 is available upon request.
What about photographing minors?
Just let me know if you have a photo release or opt-out policy in place, and I’ll follow your instructions accordingly.
